Chapter 7: Instructional Strategies for the Reference Interview
In this chapter, Susan Avery (with updates by Melissa A. Wong and Laura Saunders) discusses the common goal of instructional services in libraries, "understanding users' learning needs and abilities and creating effective instructional interventions to meet those needs" (p. 165).
