Chapter 22: Business Sources

In this chapter, Celia Ross looks at different strategies for handling business questions from your patrons and looks at a variety of resources that all reference librarians should be familiar with. Ross points out that in business reference, "it is less important to exhaustively know the content and functionality of every single database than to approach each question with creativity and flexibility" (p. 602), including starting by asking yourself "Who Cares?".
