While you are encouraged to check these out, please remember that an online test is not sufficient for making a diagnosis. While an advantage of such self-assessments is that they can educate people about problems they may have, they also have a big disadvantage in that they can unnecessarily alarm people by telling them they have a problem that they don’t. Self-assessments like these can be fun and informative, but they shouldn’t be taken too literally.
