This website contains useful resources, some of which we were not able to fit into the book itself. Primary among them are the chapter-by-chapter activities, which provide guidance for anyone wishing to use parts of the book in classroom settings, professional workshops, or for other learning experiences. The Activities and Web Resources contain many weblinks, enabling users to easily access those resources. You are welcome to use the materials on this companion website as long as you adequately cite this source of the material. You should use standard professional citation procedures (E.g. Web Resources - We included this in-depth list of resources because they offer many wonderful opportunities for further exploration or illustration of the concepts presented in the book. Some also include learning activities and lesson plans.
Comprehensive Guide to Activities - Each chapter has several activities, except chapter 12, the final chapter. Some are laid out in detailed steps while others present an idea for an activity or a link to a detailed activity developed by others.
